Florida Family Association achieved many of its goals in 2020.
During 2020 Florida Family Association:
Influenced 1,373 out of 1,403 companies to stop advertising at Huffpost.com. HuffPost.com supports the Islamist political agenda and spews vitriolic propaganda that inspires leftist hate. HuffPost.com calls America’s military racists, fundraises for CAIR, defends the Muslim Brotherhood and publishes Islamist propaganda. HuffPost propaganda mocks, belittles and blames people who are concerned about radical Islam in a manner that impairs the willingness of some people to speak up for public safety. Florida Family Association started sending emails in April 2016 to encourage the CEO and Marketing Vice President of companies that advertise at Huffpost.com to stop supporting the website's propaganda with its customers’ money. Islamophobia propaganda is the top tool Islamists use to influence Americans to ignore advancement of Sharia doctrine in America. It intimidates people to the point of stifling free speech in a manner that hurts public safety. Florida Family Association started combining online campaigns with postcard campaigns to urge companies to stop advertising at Huffpost.com. This combination resulted in influencing several hard to convince companies to stop advertising. Additionally, FFA influenced 200 companies to stop advertising at HuffPost during the first 10 months of 2020 compared to 155 companies during the same 10 month period in 2019. Has influencing over 1,370 companies to stop spending consumer money at Huffpost.com made a difference? The New York Post reports "Verizon scrambles to unload HuffPost as losses mount." The article reports that HuffPost’s annual revenues averaged $45 million while expenses ranged between $60 to $70 million during recent years. This project will continue in 2021. Full report.
Influenced 695 out of 697 companies to stop advertising at Aljazeera.com aka Al Jazeera America. Aljazeera.com is referred to as Al Jazeera America by web news feeds. Al Jazeera, whose leaders espouse hate for Israel, who showed disdain for Paris murder victims, is a news company that is owned by the non-democratic, monarch-styled emirate of Qatar. Qatar allowed wealthy citizens to financially support ISIS, supported the Muslim Brotherhood, backed the head of Hamas, espouses Islamic Sharia law and does not afford citizens freedom of the press. Eighty one percent of 38,000 respondents to an Al Jazeera survey said they support ISIS. Many of Al Jazeera's employees have actively supported al-Qaida, Hamas and other terrorist groups. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt demanded that Qatar take numerous steps to cut their support for terrorism including the closure of Al Jazeera. American companies that advertise with Aljazeera.com are giving United States consumer dollars to an Islamist-Sharia minded regime. FFA’s communications with advertisers informs Corporate America about Qatar’s history and Islamist public policy and educates corporate officials about Sharia law. FFA’s online campaigns to companies that are reluctant to stop advertising show Corporate America that there are many Americans who are very concerned about the Islamist political threat to American freedoms and way of life. This project will continue in 2021. Full report.
Challenged Unilever for legitimizing Black Lives Matter in its Vaseline television advertisement. Unilever recently released a television advertisement for its Vaseline product line that shows a woman with huge BLM letters written on her pregnant belly. The woman is holding a sign that states: “You murdered many. I’m bringing in (word unreadable). Please don’t kill me.” She voiced the words: “To my beautiful black baby. You’re being born into a country with history. A history of violence against your skin. You’ll still have to fight for the care you need. But this moment is a reckoning to change the story of your skin. While you’re being born America is being reborn. We’re on a four hundred year journey and scars don’t fade. But neither does hope.” Unilever published the following statement with the ad: “At Vaseline, we know that systemic racism and healthcare inequities negatively impact Black and Brown communities. Skincare is no exception. So we’ve made it our mission to champion change needed to eradicate racism because we believe all people should have equal access to care.” Unilever could certainly promote racial equity without legitimizing Marxist lead and violent prone Black Lives Matters. Additionally, Unilever’s advertisement erroneously labeled America at large as racist with the words “You murdered many” on the woman’s sign and the term “systemic racism” in its corporate statement. It is irresponsible for Unilever to promote Black Lives Matter with its violent, Marxist history. Black Lives Matter is a Marxist lead organization with goals of radically changing the American way of life starting with its stated goal of defunding police departments nationwide and destabilizing public safety. If Black Lives Matter is successful in its Marxist mission the safety and welfare of millions of American families will suffer severely for many years to come. Florida Family Association launched an online campaign that encouraged thousands of people to send emails that expressed concern to Unilever regarding its Vaseline advertisement that legitimized BLM and called America racist. Continues to counter the Council on American Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) lawsuit which challenges the validity of the “Terror Watch List” that protects millions of people across the globe. CAIR sued the Department of Homeland Security on April 5, 2016 on behalf of 23 Muslims. The lawsuit challenged the validity of the Terror Screening Database (TSDB), the official name for the terror watch list that is used by law enforcement and the private sector to protect millions of Americans and the citizens of several other countries from terrorism. Florida Family Association launched several email alerts over the past four years that have encouraged over 15,000 emails to be sent to urge Judge Trenga to make public safety and national security a priority. District Judge Anthony Trenga issued a ruling on December 27, 2019 that VALIDATED the Department of Homeland Security Terror Screening Database (TSDB) and did NOT extend his September 4, 2019 order to give relief to unnamed plaintiffs including more than a million non-Americans on the list. Therefore, the DHS Terror Watchlist is still active and being used by thousands of government and business officials throughout the world. That is why CAIR continues to call for the Terror Watchlist to be dismantled. While the judge did not rule the entire list unconstitutional he did order DHS to refine its procedures to comply with his standard of “due process” for adding and removing names to the TSDB. The Department of Homeland Security has appealed Judge Trenga’s ruling and order to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. There are 4,600 Americans and 1.09 million NON-Americans included on the database. This issue will continue in 2021. Full report.
Launched a campaign that encouraged Judge Amy Coney Barrett during her confirmation. Florida Family Association launched an online campaign that allowed thousands of people to send emails to encourage Judge Amy Coney Barrett during her confirmation process to the United States Supreme Court. Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the Supreme Court was extraordinarily important to the future of America. She now is the 6th mostly conservative justice on the Supreme Court. With 6 out of 9 justices on the Supreme Court being mostly conservative the court will hopefully protect the liberties and freedoms that most Americans cherish and provide checks and balances to extremist public policies that will be pushed by the left in the future. When the left fails to convince enough “Yes” senate votes to change to “No” for confirming a nominee to the Supreme Court they typically fabricate lies and attack the nominee personally just like they did with Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Judge Clarence Thomas. These leftist lies are intended to demoralize judicial nominees with the hope that they will withdraw from consideration. To counter the possibility that the left would attack Judge Barrett like they did Kavanaugh and Thomas, Florida Family Association sent out two email alerts that asked people to encourage her. Countered Minneapolis being the first large city in America to allow Sharia mandated call to prayer to be blasted over loud speakers. All citizens were forced to hear "that there is no god except Allah." The Minneapolis City Council approved a noise permit that allowed the mosque in Muslim Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s district to blast the Sharia mandated call to prayer five times per day during Ramadan. Ramadan lasted from April 23, 2020 through May 23, 2020. This meant that people from all other faiths were forced to hear shouted at them five times per day “that there is no god except Allah” which excludes the God to which these people of other faiths pray. Additionally, this noise permit elevated the Sharia law mandate for this prayer over all of the citizens. This is what is said in the adhan call to prayer; the first phrase is said four times and the rest twice: “Allahu Alba - God is Great. Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah - I bear witness that there is no god except the One God. Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasool Allah - I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of God. Hayya 'ala-s-Salah - Hurry to the prayer (Rise up for prayer.) Hayya 'ala-l-Falah - Hurry to success (Rise up for Salvation.) Assalatu khairum-minan-naum - Prayer is better than sleep (This part is only recited for morning prayers.) Allahu Akbar - God is Great. La ilaha illa Allah - There is no god except the One God. Florida Family Association launched a campaign at Floridafamily.org that provided an email that people sent to the Minneapolis Mayor and City Council members to explain how unfair it was to blast the above words 150 times at people of other faiths. Countered American Airlines decision to allow crew to wear Black Lives Matter pins. Fox News published an article titled: “American Airlines allows crew to wear 'BLM' pin, sparking backlash from some members.” The article reported in part: “American Airlines announced that it will allow their flight attendants to wear ‘Black Lives Matter’ pins on their uniform while on duty.” Florida Family Association launched an email and postcard campaign in which thousands of people expressed disappointment to American Airlines by informing it that: “Black Lives Matter is a Marxist lead organization with goals of radically changing the American way of life starting with its stated goal of defunding police departments nationwide and destabilizing public safety. Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors said that she and her fellow organizers are “trained Marxists” – Black Lives Matter is sponsoring a petition to defund the police across America. Greater New York Black Lives Matter president Hawk Newsome states if the US ‘ doesn't give us what we want, then we will burn down this system.’ The person who shot the Patriot Prayer member in Portland Oregon had a Black Lives Matter tattoo on his neck. Black Lives Matter activists celebrated as the Patriot Prayer member was killed.” Full report.
Continues to challenge AT&T, WarnerMedia Group and TBS NOT to air Middle Eastern (anti-Islamophobe) sitcom after Fox declined the show. Florida Family Association launched an alert in February 2016 after Variety.com reported “Fox Greenlights Middle Eastern Family Comedy Pilot Starring Nasim Pedrad as Teenage Boy.” The program was to be titled “Chad: An American Boy.” The alert encouraged people to send emails to urge Fox officials to reconsider their decision to air the show that was likely to contain Islamophobia propaganda. Fox killed the program after receiving thousands of emails. Deadline.com published a January 2020 news report titled: “‘Chad: Nasim Pedrad Discusses Creating a Middle Eastern Character That Wasn’t Fighting ’24’s Jack Bauer – TCA.” This implies, like other reports have, that this show will likely promote the anti-Islamophobia false narrative and Islamist propaganda. The Deadline.com article states in part: “The show, which airs later this year (2020), was handed a ten-part order in May 2019, after having previously been developed and piloted at Fox and 20th Century Fox TV four years ago.” At the time of writing this article, Chad had not been scheduled to air “later this year” as reported. This may mean that AT&T has heard from enough people to cancel production of Chad or Covid 19 has delayed production. Thousands of people have sent emails of concern to officials at parent AT&T, WarnerMedia Group and TBS in response to several Florida Family Association email alerts. This issue will continue in 2021. Full report.
Is challenging Warner Brothers (AT&T) for signing a deal with Black Lives Matter leader Patrisse Cullors. Patrisse Cullors co-founded Black Lives Matter in 2013 . In 2015, Cullors confirmed in an interview that she is a “trained Marxist.” “Building on her political activism, the Los Angeles native plans to work with the studio to develop scripted dramas and comedies, docuseries and animated programming for children, young adults and families,” the Los Angeles Times reported. This issue will continue in 2021. Full report.
Thanked President Trump for rightly pointing out “great disparity” of social treatment that benefits Muslims. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), issued a press release that condemned President Trump’s promotion of what it calls “a notorious anti-Muslim bigot’s tweet questioning whether U.S. mosques will be treated differently during the upcoming month of Ramadan than churches were treated during Easter amid the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. At the White House coronavirus briefing, Trump claimed without evidence that there ‘could be a difference’ in how authorities enforce lockdown measures during Ramadan compared to how Christians were treated on Easter. He added: ‘And we’ll have to see what will happen. Because I’ve seen a great disparity in this country.” Truly there is a “great disparity” in how many government and corporate organizations bend over backwards to appease Muslims’ demands to exercise its oppressive Sharia law. President Trump was right. A BareNakedIslam article clearly challenged CAIR’s contention that Muslims are following social gathering restrictions. BareNakedIslam posted an article titled: “SYRACUSE, NY: Ignoring COVID-19 lockdown, ‘sharia-compliant’ police allow mosque to hold daily prayers with groups of Muslims.” So, how many more mosques around the U.S. are allowed to ignore social distancing rules while Christians are threatened and fined for attending drive-in church services? Unfortunately, there are dozens of leftist mayors who are more likely to act with “disparity” toward Muslims who gather for Ramadan which would also be ignored by dozens of leftist media outlets. Florida Family Association launched a campaign to thank President Trump for rightly pointing out the historical “great disparity” of treatment that benefits Muslims versus Christians. Full report.
Challenged Papa John’s and T-Mobile for pulling advertising from Tucker Carlson because of his hard criticism of leftist violence and the call to defund police. Variety.com published an article titled: “Tucker Carlson Is Losing More Sponsors.” The article reports in part: “Disney, Papa John’s and Poshmark are among the advertisers who said they would ensure their commercials would not appear in Carlson’s program in the future. In a Twitter post, the CEO of T-Mobile, Mike Sievert, even appeared to dismiss the idea that his company’s money would ever support Carlson’s program again: ‘Bye-bye, Tucker Carlson!’ Black Lives Matter, Carlson said during his broadcast, ‘may be a lot of things, this moment we’re living through, but it is definitely not about Black lives. Remember that when they come for you, and at this rate, they will.’ Fox News said the ‘they’ in Carlson’s comment referred to Democratic politicians. But the remark spurred intense negative reaction, and two activist groups, Sleeping Giants and Media Matters, called attention to it and flagged it on social media to some of Carlson’s recent sponsors.” Media Matters twisted the words of Tucker Carlson in order to scare advertisers away. Black Lives Matter is pushing an extremist agenda with its primary mission now being a petition that states: We call for a national defunding of police. This is the same extremist organization that chanted “Pigs in a blanket fry ‘em like bacon.” Black Lives Matter advocates for hate against police and wants to “defund the police policy nationally” that will threaten the public safety of most Americans. Tucker Carlson’s strong criticism of leftist extremists and their allies from elected offices, leftist media and Corporate America, is refreshing to the sane tens of millions of Americans who rationally fear the violence, fear a society without proper law enforcement and fear being subjected to political correctness at their jobs and in the marketplace. Leftist media together with their guests, have in effect, in some cases approved and even encouraged some of the violence and looting. But it does NOT appear that Papa John’s and T-Mobile pulled any ads from the leftist media which supported some of the leftist violence and supports defunding police departments. Papa John’s and T-Mobile appear to have only dropped one of the only shows on cable news that is defending mainstream America against this insanity. Florida Family Association launched several online campaigns that asked people to send emails challenging Papa John’s and T-Mobile for their biased advertising policy. Florida Family Association will continue to defend prominent people who represent and defend our values. Full report. Full report.
Is countering Council on American Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) lawsuit which seeks to invalidate “No Fly List” which protects tens of millions of travelers. CAIR's lawsuit seeks to stop vital counter-terrorism measures that protect American travelers from terrorists and people who are closely tied to them. CAIR issued a news release in the fall of 2018 titled: “CAIR Files Broad Challenge to Watchlisting System, Including TSA's Quiet Skies Program.” CAIR’s press release on the filing of this lawsuit states: “Quiet Skies punishes those who—through family, community or the workplace— have relationships with individuals the federal government has designated as a ‘known or suspected terrorist.’” Florida Family Association launched an online campaign that allows people to send emails to urge the judge to make our public safety the priority in this case. This issue will continue in 2021. Full report.
Countered Goodyear training material that favored Black Lives Matter while disparaging Blue Lives Matter and All Lives Matter. Goodyear is explicitly empowering employee support for racial equity while giving lip service to law enforcement. WIBW reports in part: “A Goodyear employee says the company has put out a new policy that has some calling it not equal for all. A photo seen circulating on social media shows a slide that was presented during a diversity training showing what’s acceptable and what isn’t acceptable as part of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company’s zero-tolerance policy. Under acceptable: Black Lives Matter (BLM), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride.” Listed as unacceptable: Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA Attire, Political Affiliated Slogans or Material. Goodyear issued a statement in response to the public outing of the grossly biased visual. That statement reads in part: “First, the visual in question was not created or distributed by Goodyear corporate, nor was it part of a diversity training class. To be clear on our longstanding corporate policy, Goodyear has zero tolerance for any forms of harassment or discrimination,” the statement continued. “To enable a work environment free of those, we ask that associates refrain from workplace expressions in support of political campaigning for any candidate or political party, as well as similar forms of advocacy that fall outside the scope of racial justice and equity issues.” Goodyear’s statement: does NOT say who created or distributed the visual - what is being done to correct it; does NOT say that the visual was NOT authorized by any level of the company or one of its agencies; explicitly allow employee workplace expressions that “advocate racial justice and equity issues;” does not explicitly allow employee workplace expressions supporting law enforcement and the thousands of American families that have been victimized by BLM and/ or Antifa violence. Florida Family Association launched an online campaign for people to send emails to express concern to Goodyear officials for explicitly condoning employee support for Black Lives Matter’s “racial justice and equity issues” but not explicitly allowing employee expressions of support for Blue Lives Matter and All Lives Matter. Thousands of police officers have been the victims of Black Lives Matter and/or Antifa violence. Black Lives Matter is a Marxist organization with goals of radically changing the American way of life starting with its stated goal of defunding police departments. This campaign may continue in 2020. Full report.
Rallied support for USAID Religious Freedom Advisor Mark Kevin Lloyd nominee after being attacked by CAIR. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is on a rampage to crush the speech of anyone who dares criticize Islam. CAIR issued a press release titled: “CAIR Calls for Firing of Anti-Muslim USAID Religious Freedom Advisor Mark Kevin Lloyd.” The release reports in part: “(WASHINGTON, D.C., 5/27/2020) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations today urged USAID Acting Administrator John Barsa to fire newly-appointed Religious Freedom Advisor Mark Kevin Lloyd because of the appointee’s history of anti-Muslim comments on social media.” CAIR is diligently trying to disqualify anyone from holding office or teaching students who is critical of Islam’s barbarism. CAIR’s punishment for violating the Sharia prohibition against criticizing Islam is to have the public official fired or removed from office and labeled unemployable for future employment. CAIR’s actions are obviously having a major chilling impact on the willingness of public officials, professors, teachers, etc. to speak the truth about the Islamist political agenda. This in turn will result in the public having much less knowledge of the threat Islamists pose to American liberties and public safety. Florida Family Association launched a campaign that asked people to send emails to encourage USAID Acting Administrator John Barsa to ignore CAIR’s demands. Full report.
Christianpost.org reports the following regarding Florida Family Association: “Don't let the name deceive you. Florida Family Association is a national organization that harnesses online citizen activism through its massive email list to change organizations through economic and public pressure. They urge companies not to advertise on the Islamic terror apologist network Al Jazeera, remind universities to support free speech and not cancel films and speakers critical of Islamism, and hold the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) feet to the fire for their leaders past support for terrorism and saying Muslims are above the law of the land.” Christianpost.org report.
The Council on American Islamic Relations reports the following in their Islamophobia Report about Florida Family Association: “The Florida Family Association, founded in 1987 by David Caton, has pressured companies and courts to adhere to anti-Muslim practices. Despite operating only in Florida, FFA has garnered national attention. FFA is part of the U.S. Islamophobia network's inner core.” CAIR report.
