The Minneapolis City Council approved a noise permit that allows the mosque in Muslim Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s district to blast the Sharia mandated call to prayer five times per day during Ramada. Ramadan lasts from April 23, 2020 through May 23, 2020.
This means that people from all other faiths will be forced to hear shouted at them five times per day “that there is no god except Allah” which excludes the God to which these people of other faiths pray. Additionally, this noise permit elevates the Sharia law mandate for this prayer over all of the citizens.
This is what is said in the adhan call to prayer; the first phrase is said four times and the rest twice.
Allahu Akbar - God is Great
Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah - I bear witness that there is no god except the One God.
Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasool Allah - I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of God
Hayya 'ala-s-Salah - Hurry to the prayer (Rise up for prayer)
Hayya 'ala-l-Falah - Hurry to success (Rise up for Salvation)
Assalatu khairum-minan-naum - Prayer is better than sleep (This part is only recited for morning prayers.)
Allahu Akbar - God is Great
La ilaha illa Allah - There is no god except the One God
The Dailywire.com published an article titled: Muslim Call To Prayer To Be Blasted Over Major U.S. City Five Times A Day. The article states in part:
A Minneapolis neighborhood, which lies in controversial Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar’s district, will begin broadcasting the Muslim call to prayer five times a day over outdoor loudspeakers throughout the month of Ramadan, reports say. The move is “believed to be the first publicly-broadcast call to prayer in a major US city,” al Jazeera English said in a post on Twitter.
The city granted a noise permit for the prayer.
“Tonight’s historic call to prayer in Minneapolis will bring comfort and remind the faithful and the neighborhood that as we are physically distant we can still be connected to our faith and mosque,” Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN) Executive Director Jaylani Hussein said in a statement.
There are 13 Minneapolis councilmembers. One of Minneapolis’ councilmembers is Jeremiah Ellison. Jeremiah is the son of well know Muslim Minnesota Attorney General and former congressman Keith Ellison. Somali immigrant Abdi Warsame is another councilmember. Both Ellison and Warsame are excluded from the email prepared for this alert.

Minneapolis reputation is tarnished by permitting 150 loud messages to citizens of all faiths that there is no god except Allah.
Suggested content:
Minneapolis reputation is truly tarnished by approving code that forces people from all other faiths to hear shouted 150 times that there is no god except Allah which excludes the God to which these people of other faiths pray. It is wrong to elevate Sharia mandate for this prayer over all Minneapolis citizens. I hope that you will not permit this abuse to continue.
