Federal courts have ruled that the First Amendment does not protect advertisements for domestic mercenaries in Soldiers of Fortune magazine so why does Twitter afford such protection for Al-Qaeda to use their network to recruit American Jihadists in the United States?

The Miami Herald reported in part in an article titled Suicide bomber in Syria was from Fort Pierce:
FORT PIERCE -- The young American suicide bomber who last weekend blew up an explosives-laden truck halfway across the world in Syria made his home in Florida, law enforcement officials said Friday. Records indicate the man played high school basketball in Vero Beach and lived at some point in Fort Pierce.
The 22-year-old, identified late Friday in news reports as Moner Mohammad Abusalha (pictured to the left), is believed to have been the first American suicide bomber in Syria.

Moner Mohammad Abusalha joined the Nusra Front which is a branch of Al-Qaeda that is fighting against the Assad regime in Syria. The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) have pledged their allegiance to al-Qaeda. ISIS is the radical group which is taking over Iraq.

The Miami Herald also reported in the same article that many Americans have joined with the Al-Qaeda backed rebels in recent months. Several weeks ago, FBI Director James Comey told reporters that investigators believe “dozens” of U.S. residents may have traveled to Syria to participate in the civil war. In a separate briefing, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper estimated upwards of 7,500 foreign fighters have joined the Syrian war. Comey estimated that “thousands” of these fighters came from European countries.
News Max reported on February 5, 2014 Intelligence revealing that 50 Americans had joined extremist groups fighting in Syria's civil war, and thus also posed a threat of future terror attacks in the United States, is a perfect example of how the National Security Agency's spy program was working, former U.S. Ambassador John Bolton said Wednesday.
Fox News reported on May 31, 2014: The Times reported the civil war playing out in the country has attracted multiple Westerners to fight against Syrian President Bashar Assad. Officials told the paper more than 70 Americans have traveled to the country to fight.
Twitter is providing a communication network for Al-Qaeda to develop a very dangerous infrastructure in the United States. This network will only grow and pose a greater threat to Americans.
Why isn’t Twitter placing the public safety and welfare of all Americans above Al-Qaeda’s inhumane and genocidal mission to conquer the world for Caliphate?
