Tens of millions of Americans cast votes in favor of amending thirty state constitutions to define marriage as only between one man and one woman. They voted that way because they value traditional marriage as an important building block for families and society. Most of these people derived these values from the spiritual teachings which are representative of all major religions.
Many of these people are offended that General Motors departed from product promotion to social propaganda in their Chevrolet advertisements. Especially those who own Chevrolet vehicles.
General Motors certainly has the right to choose the content of the advertisements it produces. You likewise have the same right to communicate your objection to General Motors and share this situation with your friends.
