There is a long list of people who are urging voters to vote early.  Elon Musk is spending $45 million per month on efforts to focus on making sure every possible voter casts their ballots.  Charlie Kirk is leading thousands of volunteers at his organization, Turning Point USA, to get the vote out.  Clay Travis, of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show, urges people on his daily radio show to vote early.

Voting early takes your name off of the list of “people who have not voted yet.” This allows campaigns and party officials to focus on contacting people who have not voted and getting their ballot cast in time.

Voting early also eliminates the risk of people not casting their ballot for a host of many reasons such as job or business responsibilities, family crises, illness, bad weather, election poll malfunctions and long lines at the poll.  Voting early makes sure that your ballot is cast.

Many states allow voters to go to designated early voting poll locations to cast their ballots.  The time of early voting varies by state and county.  This information should be available on your county’s supervisor of elections website.

Additionally, many states including Florida allow you to request your ballot by mail.  Vote by mail requests can be made online or by phone at your county’s supervisor of elections.

And encourage likeminded family, friends and co-workers to vote early for the same reasons.
