Mediaite published an article titled: "MSNBC’s Joy Reid agreed with a guest’s assertion that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s supporters are “just as despicable” as he is on Wednesday night (September 11, 2024)." The article reports in part:
Addressing Elie Mystal of The Nation, Reid mused that “the way he [Trump] desecrated Arlington National Cemetery would be caree-ending for a normal politician, his constant lies. But even this piece about saying, ‘Well, my building was the tallest until, you know, they brought down the World Trade Center. Now it’s the second tall-‘ I mean, everything he does is despicable.”
“The reason why it doesn’t end his career is because his supporters are just as despicable, all right?” replied Mystal. “Like Trump’s whole thing, he’s a narcissist, right? And so his whole thing is to have a complete lack of compassion and empathy for everybody else. It’s all about him.”
“That’s why he lies about 9/11. It’s all about him, him, him, me, me, me. He’s probably the least compassionate president we’ve had in 200 years since Andrew Jackson. And it works for him because his supporters are just as ungenerous and have just as little compassion and empathy for others,” he continued. “So when he is seen out there essentially, as you guys have put it, desecrating our national symbols, when he is seen out there putting himself above all else, his supporters also want that to be the case. They want to do that in their own lives. They want — that’s how they think of themselves and that’s why it never hurts Trump when he takes these crass and classless actions. It’s because his supporters think that being crass and classless is actually kind of cool.”
“Yeah, and they also — he hates the people they hate,” agreed Reid. “So when he makes up this idea that these Muslims in New Jersey were cheering and they’re Americans in New Jersey cheering supposedly for the towers to come down, he’s like, ‘Well, yeah, because my supporters don’t like them.'”
This is not a first for Reid to disparage nearly 80 million Americans.
Fox News published an article on September 19, 2017 titled: MSNBC's Joy Reid calls Trump supporters 'deplorables.' The article reports in part:
MSNBC’s Joy Reid borrowed a term from Hillary Clinton in her latest attempt to mock President Trump supporters on Tuesday, when she referred to them as “deplorables” on Twitter.
“Sometimes I think Donald Trump has given up on the idea of ever being respected by anyone other than his ‘deplorables,’" Reid wrote in response to Trump’s speech to the United Nations on Tuesday.
There have two assassination attempts on Donald Trump. The last one was by an alleged assassin whose social media repeated the hate filled talking points of the leftist media in this country.
Joy Reid's show "The ReidOut" on MSNBC is perhaps the most anti-white racist show on cable news along with its equally offensive anti-Semitic and anti-Christian content. The ReidOut’s host, sit in hosts and some contributors promote anti-white, anti-Christian and anti-Semitic hate propaganda that is offensive, racist and likely inspires hate among some viewers of this show. Joy Reid supports defund the police movement, defends Black Lives Matter riots, promotes reparations, advocates Critical Race Theory and disparages white people especially Christian white people. Joy Reid and leftists know that they do not need a shred of truth represented in any rational form when throwing gas on the fire of anti-Semitism, black on white hate and leftist on conservative disdain.
The content of Joy Reid’s show is so degrading to the white race that it can easily be seen as one of the worst on cable television. The ReidOut averages 1.4 million viewers. That is why the Florida Family Association office has been sending emails to the CEO and CMO of companies that advertise on The ReidOut since November 2021.
Save the Children started advertising on The ReidOut in April 2024. Florida Family Association sent over a dozen emails to educate Save the Children officials regarding the irresponsible content on Joy Reid's show. However, Save the Children continued to advertise. Save the Children certainly has the right to advertise on whatever shows the company chooses. Likewise, you have the same right to voice concern and not donate to organizations that support anti-white, anti-Christian and anti-Semitic hate propaganda.
448 out of 528 companies (85%) have stopped advertising on The ReidOut.
