CAIR-Minnesota to Announce Actions Against Edina Schools for Silencing Pro-Palestine Muslim Students.

BareNakedIslam.com published an article titled HAMAS-LINKED CAIR-Minnesotastan files complaint against Edina Schools on behalf of two Muslim students suspended for using anti-Semitic rhetoric in their pro-Hamas demonstrations.  The article states in part: 

The students were suspended for using a controversial, pro-Hamas genocidal chant about exterminating all the Jews in Israel during a walkout in October.

The chant, ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,’ is fundamentally a call for a Palestinian state extending from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, territory that includes the entire State of Israel, which would mean the dismantling of the entire Jewish state.

HOW IT’S ANTISEMITIC: “From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will Be Free” is a rallying cry for terrorist groups and their sympathizers, from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) to Hamas, which called for Israel’s destruction in its original governing charter in 1988 and was responsible for the October 7, 2023 terror attack on Israeli civilians, murdering over 1,200 people in the single deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust. It is also a common call-to-arms for pro-Palestinian activists, especially student activists on college campuses. It calls for the establishment of a State of Palestine from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, erasing the State of Israel and its people. The Edina School district should be able to win this case with little cost if it doesn’t fold to CAIR pressure.  It should also be able to recover attorneys’ fees from CAIR.
