The Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Wyoming allowed transgender fake female student Artemis Langford to become a member and cohabitate with real women in the sorority house.  Several members of the sorority sued to have him removed.  The lawsuit is further described in a Fox News article dated March 30, 2023 titled “Lawsuit against Univ of Wyoming sorority alleges trans woman watched female members with ‘visible erection’” and subtitled “According to the lawsuit, the trans woman sorority member is 'sexually interested in women.'”

A subsequent news article reports the following: 

In March, several current and former members of the University of Wyoming’s Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sued the national sorority to revoke the membership allowing what they described as "peeping" transgender student Artemis Langford.  The lawsuit brought by seven members of Kappa Kappa Gamma claimed that Langford violated sorority policies by joining a sorority despite not being a woman or making efforts to appear female.

"Langford states that he is transgender and that he self-identifies as a woman. His behavior, however, does not reflect a man living as a woman let alone a man attempting to ‘consistently live’ as a woman," the complaint said. "Other than occasionally wearing women's clothing, Langford makes little effort to resemble a woman. He has not undergone treatments to create a more feminine appearance, such as female hormones, feminization surgery, or laser hair removal. Plaintiffs often observe Langford with the facial hair one would expect on a man who either did not shave that morning or whose facial hair has regrown by the evening."

Kappa Kappa Gamma filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in June.  The motion to dismiss stated in part:

"The central issue in this case is simple: do the plaintiffs have a legal right to be in a sorority that excludes transgender women? They do not," the motion read.

It added, "Plaintiffs request the Court to insert itself into this controversial political debate and declare that a private organization can only interpret the term ‘woman’ using Plaintiffs’ exclusionary definition of biologically born females."

The sorority’s assertion that members are not entitled to be in a sorority without men, who are imposters of women, is outrageous, irresponsible, reckless and especially wrong historically and scientifically.  Women have had that expectation and protection of privacy for centuries.  Additionally, the sorority’s assertion regarding the definition of woman is equally outrageous, historically and scientifically wrong and highly disrespectful to real women.  The definition of woman has been the same for thousands of years.  

The only reason that there has been a challenge in the last few years against the definition of woman is because after the LGBTQ+ activists won same-sex marriage they had no other options to protest and exist as a political and societal force for change except for the next rung down of pushing the transgender agenda.  And the far left, depraved participants in the Democratic Party and mainstream media jumped on it hook, line and sinker to force the transgender false narrative down the throats of Middle America.  

Sadly, Kappa Kappa Gamma succumbed to this leftist propaganda and has subjugated women’s rights to deranged men who in many cases want to be with women for sexual fulfillment reasons.  Have the officials at Kappa Kappa Gamma been blind to a multitude of cases of male inmates claiming to be female, demanding to be moved to prisons for women and then raping women in the prison?

Worse yet, the District Court Judge also succumbed to the transgender propaganda and granted Kappa Kappa Gamma’s motion to dismiss the case.

No matter how hard a man tries he can NEVER be a woman.  And a woman can NEVER be a man.  Promoting a man as a woman or a woman as a man defies science.  It is insulting to women.  It is a lie to our children and the public at large.

Please urge Kappa Kappa Gamma officials to grasp reality and return to sanity and stop demoralizing women by saying men can be women.  Please urge them to reverse their irrational, immoral policy which allows unstable men to be gods over their physiology, lord over the unwilling and tyrants toward people who proclaim the truth.
