For many years, Antifa has violently protested against conservative speakers on college campuses and other events.  Their disruptive and hostile antics have almost always resulted in the cancellation of the conservative speaker events and or injuries to event participants.  This is censorship of conservative thought through violence and intimidation. 

Antifa has brazenly moved beyond just suppressing free speech to now attacking law enforcement.  One of Antifa’s projects is focused on using violence to try to prevent the Atlanta Police Department from opening a new facility.  The Atlanta Police Department posted two Facebook videos which show Antifa violence against the new facility:  https://fb.watch/j5X2b2ktdf/    https://fb.watch/j5X5S1KbZ9/   The Atlanta Police Department arrested Antifa members and charged them with “Domestic Terrorism.”  Click here to see the police report including names and mug shots of some of the arrestees. 

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr office is taking the lead in the arrest of Antifa members according to Atlanta News First.   Chris Carr appeared on Sunday Night In America With Trey Gowdy on March 13, 2013 to discuss the arrest of now 41 people on charges of Domestic Violence. 

Each count of Domestic Terrorism draws a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 35 years in prison.  The 2021 Georgia Code Title 16 - Crimes and Offenses Chapter 11 - Offenses Against Public Order and Safety Article 6 - Domestic Terrorism § 16-11-221. Penalties states "If critical infrastructure, a state or government facility, or a public transportation system is disabled or destroyed, by imprisonment for not less than five nor more than 35 years."

To date, the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have done NOTHING to stop Antifa’s violent criminal enterprise that has assaulted conservatives across America.   The law enforcement actions taken by the office of Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr is a first of its kind and is not only protecting Georgia citizens but Americans across the nation as well. 

It is important, perhaps crucial that people across America thank and applaud Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr for charging Antifa members with Domestic Terrorism.  Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, while he has these Antifa thugs in custody, should determine who the leaders and funding sources are for Antifa and bring charges including Georgia RICO Act against them as well.
